Ballroom Dancing is Your Ticket to Weight Loss

There is enough evidence to prove that dancing could in fact be one of the most effective and
exhilarating ways to lose weight and get into shape. Not everyone is built to go to the gym,
do pilates or run endlessly to shed those extra pounds. Some people find working out to be an
extremely boring agenda on their daily to-do list. For those of you who need motivation to
get that body into shape, dancing is a great option, especially ballroom dancing.

 2nd Annual Dancing for Stroke raises over $500,000 for Neuro Wellness programs in the East Valley!

This years Dancing for Stroke was a huge success!  The event managed to raise over $500,000 for Neuro Wellness programs in the East Valley of Phoenix, AZ.  

Arizona Ballroom Champions once again partnered with Dignity Health Foundation of the East Valley to bring the best black-tie fundraiser of the season.  If you did not get to attend this years event, here is a recap of the evening.
