Smooth Level 1 

This class is designed for newcomers with little to no experience.  In this class you will learn the basics for Waltz, Tango, and Foxtrot.  No partner or experience is required to attend.

Smooth Level 2

This class is for students that are currently working on their Bronze Level 1 and Level 2 of the DVida syllabus.  You will focus on patterns, footwork, and timing and rhythm of the first two levels of Bronze for Waltz, Tango, and Foxtrot.  Little to no experience is required to attend the Level 2 classes.

Smooth Level 3

This class is for students that are currently working on their Bronze Level 3 and Level 4 of the DVida syllabus.  You will focus on patterns, footwork, and timing and rhythm of the last two levels of Bronze for Waltz, Tango, and Foxtrot.  Dance experience is required to attend the level 3 classes.  

Rhythm Level 1

This class is designed for newcomers with little to no experience.  In this class you will learn the basics for Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing and Bolero.  No partner or experience is required to attend.

Rhythm Level 2

This class is for students that are currently working on their Bronze Level 1 and Level 2 of the DVida syllabus.  You will focus on patterns, footwork, and timing and rhythm of the first two levels of Bronze for Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing and Bolero.  Little to no experience is required to attend the Level 2 classes.

Rhythm Level 3

This class is for students that are currently working on their Bronze Level 3 and Level 4 of the DVida syllabus.  You will focus on patterns, footwork, and timing and rhythm of the last two levels of Bronze for Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing and Bolero.  Dance experience is required to attend the level 3 classes.  

Arm Styling

Learn from American Rhythm Champion Bree Watson on how to add the finishing touches to your favorite dances.  In this class you work on the fundamentals needed to take your dancing to the next level.  This class will help you get noticed on the competition floor.  This class is a must for all competitive dancers!  Some experience is required to attend this class.

Intro to Hip Lift

This is one of our technique classes.  Hip Lift is an American Rhythm technique that will teach you how to move your hips and body in a comfortable, rhythmical way.  Learn how to break down the basic movements and then apply them to your favorite rhythm dances!  Little to no experience is required to attend this class.

Hip Lift

American Rhythm Champion Bree Watson teaches this amazing group class.  This class is designed to take your dancing to the next level.  Learn the amazing technique that will get you results on the competition floor.  This class is a must for competitive dancers!  You must have working knowledge of basic hip lift to attend this class.  

Smooth Drills

American Smooth Dance technique is applied to these basic movements to help create good dance habits.  Learn the characteristics that make the different smooth dances look and feel different.  Learn the rise and fall of Waltz, the staccato of Tango, the lilting action of Foxtrot, and the speed of Viennese Waltz.  This class will help you stand out on the competition floor.  Dance experience is recommended for this class.

Salsa

Have fun learning social patterns for one of the most popular dances.  Basic knowledge of Salsa is recommended before attending this class.
